springboot项目中引入web依赖，启动失败

使用那个官方提供的spring-boot-starter样例，里面配置好了信息，然后启动，可以成功查询到块高等信息。但是gradle里面引入starter-web之后，总是报错，Failed to initialize the SSLContext, error mesage: Could not open ServletContext resource [/ca.crt], error: null
